The HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex uses a variable UV wavelength that automatically adjusts to the specific resin materials to produce improved end results. With a cross-linking rate of over 60%, polymerisation is optimised, significantly increasing material performance.

Hardware Deluxe

The UltraCraft Reflex features a perforated steel build platform for longer life and better adhesion. With an industrial-grade Z-axis ball screw, the printer achieves a positioning accuracy of ±2 μm and guarantees precise, low-friction movements. The durable release film lasts over 45,000 print layers and can be easily replaced if necessary.

The resin printer features a 6K monochrome screen measuring 192 x 121 mm and with a resolution of 5760 x 3600 px. The printer uses a COB light source with a freeform lens that provides light uniformity of over 94% and a draft angle of less than 2°.

Automatic resin refill system & heated tray

The printer is equipped with an automatic resin refill system and a heated resin tray. The clever system recognises the resin type, monitors the fill level and automatically refills the material when necessary. In addition, the optimal printing temperature is kept constant to ensure the best printing results.

Intelligent algorithms
